On the Alaska Railroad

Video

Several years ago I was able to work with the Alaska Railroad and mount cameras on the outside of some of their mighty locomotives to get some interesting views of their gorgeous territory. This example travels through the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel, which was originally constructed for the railroad, but was later opened up for cars. The single-lane tunnel cycles through to allow cars and then trains in both directions.
